1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
This website and the products sold on it are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older. By using this site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you and the recipient of any shipment are at least 21 years old.
Adult signature is required upon delivery. We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply.
2. Geographic Limitation
We ship alcoholic beverages only within the State of California. Orders placed for delivery outside California will be canceled.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory concerns.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely via Shopify and its providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Alcohol shipments require delivery to a physical California address and an adult signature. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If delivery fails due to absence of an eligible adult or incorrect address information, additional fees may apply.
6. Subscription Terms
If you enroll in a subscription program, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the subscription term selected at checkout.
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the initial term on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
You may cancel before your next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting us at hello[at]lasobremesafoods.com. Cancellation requests must be received prior to billing to avoid additional charges.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription programs at any time.
7. Returns and Refunds
All alcohol sales are final. Returns are accepted only for products damaged in transit or shipped in error.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery, age verification, and order confirmation.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, refusal of future orders, and recovery of associated fees.
9. Responsible Consumption
Our products contain alcohol. You assume full responsibility for lawful and responsible consumption.
10. Intellectual Property
All site content including trademarks, designs, product names, and branding elements are owned by La Sobremesa Foods LLC.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, La Sobremesa Foods LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Claims must be brought individually.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
